I came in to Mountainside location today, Joey and Shadiyah were a huge help to me. The explained every question I had for them. I intend on moving in next month and they were very knowledgeable in everything . Thanks for all the advice !
Though I have had problems in the past getting information from people who work at this facility, I spoke with JOEY today and she answered all my questions. Can I recommend this facility, probably not. If you do use it know that if you get JOEY on the phone she will give you the kind of service one expects.

I rented 3 units at this location and have been treated with respect and care at all times, Nicole, Brittany and Joey have been specially attentive and amicable. They answered all my questions and made things easy for me. I received great service from them and would recommend using this Public Storage location.
Brittany the property manager was excellent upon me entering the facility. She went through all the paperwork accurately so I can undertand all the procedures in renting the storage. Nice and clean great hospitality
Just rented a space , I walked in a little before 6:00 , Brittain was very helpful, had a great attitude, very professional, she did not mind being there till 6:45 pm.
