Love this theater. Comfortable seating (even though I wish the seats would recline back and footrests would shoot up). Plays a lot of different movies and keeps them in the theater for a good period of time unlike some theaters. I would recommend this theater
This place has changed since I've been going since a teenager. But it was clean and inviting. Lines are just too long and need to be revamped to make it easier for people to get their food and go back to the movie

Bring your own food. Nobody will bother you. They understand at this point. I've tried to buy hot food items from the concession stand 4 times this year, and they're never available. Hot dogs, nachos, coffee. Today, before the 8:30pm showing of Blade Runner, little red-haired girl told me, "The coffee is pretty old..." I just got my ticket refunded and nobody asked why. Previous excuses were:
Nice movie theater that has improved over time. Lots of upgrades have been made to the theaters themselves. Chairs are comfortable and the audio was crisp and booming. Food selection and taste was excellent for a theater but the service was definitely sub-par. I ordered two pizzas and waited 20 minutes only to find out that they had given them away to someone else by accident. Had to wait for a fresh batch which took another 7 minutes. Missed all the previews and the beginning of the movie. Though I had an enjoyable night out, the service left a bad taste in my mouth.
I feel let down. Don't get me wrong the movie theater is great. Good food, clean bathrooms, and not to mention the huge parking area. But the theater room it self is were my problems Begin. The screen was huge, which was great at first but I notice there was a black bar on both sides of the screen. The kinda bar you see when the actual video doesn't fit the screen. I was put off by this but the movie didn't start, only the trailers were playing, so I thought it'll go away once the movie starts. I was dead wrong. The bars stayed and it looked like I was watching a movie were the editor forgot to change the aspect ratio of the video. I was let down. The seats to me weren't to comfy, They don't reclin and barley can move back. But all in all I would be coming back again, maybe it was just a bad first time experience.
I've talked to employees at the customer service desk EACH TIME and each time they assured me they would make corrections. Those corrections never last until my next visit. I wish they would just remove the items they don't like making from the menu. It's such a disappointment when they're not available.
