Fast forward to Thanksgiving 2017! Update. My son had his braces removed two days ago. His teeth are gorgeous. As soon as his braces were removed, they did impressions for retainers. Top and bottom. They were finished hours later.

We will keep going for follow ups to make sure he is taking proper care of his teeth and wearing his two retainers as directed. The retainers are clear, which is really nice. They are fairly invisible.
I'm in my 20s going back after having braces as a kid. I went for multiple opinions and it was an easy decision to go with Dr. Frank. I feel he is a careful listener and he addressed all of my questions genuinely. The office is very nice and so are the staff. It felt like personalized care and I'm relieved I found them. Never felt rushed or pushed, only like he wanted me to be happy. Would highly recommend!

We had three opinions for our son. All drastically different. Dr. Frank was the most logical, and least anxious. He checked on my son for about two years before the timining was perfect to start his plan. We started with a lingual arch and distal jet. Those things alone made great improvements in the appearance of his teeth. He just had his braces put on last week. He was sore for about 5 days, and now feels great. Hopefully his braces will be on for a shorter period of time because the improvements made already were pretty great. The staff here is very down to earth. They are welcoming and friendly. They even offer cold beverages in the waiting room, in a little fridge. You can reach someone at all times, and there is virtally no waiting. Not for lack of patients, but due to excellent scheduling. I just can't think of a bad thing to say. This office is conveniently located off Rte. 22. Easy to find. Easy to park. I've heard some Ortho horror stories, so feel lucky that we found this practice in a sea of others. Recommended by a friend, and super happy!!!! I've also sent friends there and they are thrilled as well.
It was a great experience, I loved being there. The dentist and staff are great people. I will definitely be going back for future appointments and it is such a warm environment.
