Very rude reception using head phone don't care
What's the purpose of this office in mountainside if they don't answer the phone and the voice mail doesn't have a clear voice for us to understand the number to call for an appointment. I stopped by and I was greeted by a rude person at the door, which she was more interested in texting on her phone then explain to me where I should have to go to get an appointment. What kind language is that person's voice mail speaking? If it's English then we are doomed. Three weeks and I still can't get an appointment to correct a simple mistake IRS has created to my account. Is this how our tax money is spent ???
